What we do with your information.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics following you around.
- We collect what you send us. Nothing else.
- We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- Candidate materials are never sent to a client without your approval for that specific role.
What we collect
Visits to this site
Aggregate measurement provided by Cloudflare at the network level: page views, referring sites, and approximate country. No cookies are set, no individual visitor is identified, and no profile is built. We use it to see which pages get read.
Enquiries
When you use the contact form we receive your name, your company, your email address, and the brief you write. When you email us directly we receive whatever you send.
Candidate materials
If you send a CV, career history, or references, we receive whatever you choose to include.
The Leadership Map
If you run the map on /orglogic we receive the structural summary you type — firm, sectors, size, objective, anything you say nobody owns, and the seats described by title and structure — together with your name and email. The form asks for no names of people, no ages, and no performance information, and the map is built not to infer them. The summary is sent to Anthropic to produce the map, under API terms that exclude training on the data. The full map and your summary are delivered to us; the short version on screen is shown only to you.
The Position Architect
If you use the architect on /orglogic/position we receive what you paste — a draft job description, company context, and the project the seat is built around — together with the seat details, your name and email. That material can be commercially sensitive and we treat it that way: it is used only to design the seat and to reach you about it, it is sent to Anthropic under API terms that exclude training, it is not retained by the architect, and it is kept by us under the same 24-month rule. Do not paste names or compensation; the architect is built to drop them, and so are we.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and the aggregate analytics described above.
- Web3Forms — passes contact form submissions, Leadership Map and Position Architect results to our inbox.
- Anthropic — processes Leadership Map summaries and Position Architect inputs to produce the map or the position. Not used for training.
- Our email provider — stores correspondence and attachments.
Beyond those, we share your information with no one — except a client where you have approved it for a specific role, or where the law requires it of us.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions, Leadership Map summaries, Position Architect inputs, and candidate materials are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you. After that we delete them, or ask whether you would like us to hold them longer.
If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we do it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jared@relianceworkforce.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to appeal a refusal. Residents of the EU and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR. We apply the same standard to everyone regardless of where you live.
Confidentiality
If you approach us as a candidate, that approach is confidential. We do not contact your current employer. We do not circulate your name. Your materials go to a client only after you have approved that specific role.
