How this works

Reliance Workforce runs retained searches. A company engages us and pays us to find one particular person for one particular role. We are not a staffing agency, we do not have a database we blast, and we are not paid to send volume.

Most of the people we place were not looking when we called.

Your confidentiality

Your approach to us is confidential. We do not contact your current employer. We do not circulate your name to see what comes back. Your materials are never sent to a client without your explicit approval for that specific role — not a general permission, that role.

That is the whole commitment, and it is not negotiable on our side.

What to send

A CV, or an export of your LinkedIn profile, and a line about what would actually move you. Compensation, scope, geography, the kind of work you want to be doing in five years — whatever is true. That is enough to start.

What happens next

The principal reads it. Not a coordinator, not a screener.

If there is a live search that fits, you hear from us directly. If there is not, we will tell you that rather than leave you wondering, and we will hold your details for 24 months in case one opens. You can ask us to delete them at any point.
